GST @ 18% shall be charged extra on the registration fee mentioned in the table
ITC (Internet Transaction Charges) / Convenience Fees shall be charged extra, as applicable.
The rooms also included the stay for two nights with complimentary breakfast

Registration is compulsory for all faculty members/speakers.
Post Graduates are required to produce valid certificate attested by HOD
Conference Kit for Spot registrations is subjected to availability

50% refund (Only registration charges) before 1st January 2025
No refunds can be claimed after 1st January 2025
No refunds on Workshop Charges
All refunds will be initiated after the conference
Registration will be refunded on the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee
